ITES-10633 - USA (Edenton, North Carolina) - School Safety Communication and Emergency Response Technology Service - Deadline August 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide school safety communication and emergency response technology service to the government authority located in Edenton, NC. – Provide professional services for planning, installation, integration, testing, training, and initial maintenance support for school safety communication and emergency response technology improvements.– The selected firm will assist agency in implementing technology that improves security at schools and on school grounds through evidence–based school safety equipment and emergency communication systems.- Furnish, install, program, integrate, and test approved safety communication equipment, including district–level control center components, visual consoles, PA/intercom/network upgrades, project cabling, speakers, displays, call stations, panic buttons, alarm notification devices, paging horns, and related accessories.- Provide commissioning, end–user training, administrative training, system documentation, as–built documentation, warranty information, and maintenance guidance.- Provide procurement support documentation needed to confirm cost reasonableness, product compatibility, cooperative purchasing eligibility where applicable, and compliance with federal procurement requirements.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 29, 2026.(3) Pre–bid walkthrough will be held on July 15, 2026.
