(1) Vendor needs to provide telehealth mental health services to the government authority located in Arkansas.– This telehealth contract will allow for third party reimbursement to cover standard services; however, the contracted amount is designed to account for additional expenses incurred to ensure all individuals have access to care.– The Contractor shall provide telehealth services such as individual and group therapy (including family counseling), psychiatric care, crisis intervention, substance use disorder treatment, medication management, and remote symptom monitoring.– The Contractor shall provide services that are delivered through various methods like secure video conferencing for real–time interaction and phone calls for accessibility.– The Contractor shall provide HIPAA–compliant platforms for video, calls, and messaging.– The Contractor shall provide protocols for emergencies, including access to crisis hotlines.– The Contractor shall support accessing mental health services through public insurance processes.– The Contractor shall keep all hosting related software current and up to date.(2) All question had been due on October 19, 2026.
