(1) Vendor needs to provide solicitor services to the government authority located in Waynesboro, PA. – Provide represent the district as solicitor, including school code matters and litigation, excluding special counsel agreements and cases assigned by school district insurance carriers.– Including, educational, child custody and protection, subdivision and land development, zoning, utility, real estate and conveyancing, bankruptcy, construction management, debt collection, decedents’ estates, and criminal law.– Contract analysis and interpretation.– Representation during collective bargaining negotiations, both at the table and on a consulting basis, including mediation and arbitration.– Consultation on personnel, labor relations, student discipline and general school law from its offices and in person.(2) The contract period will be for three years.
