This is a Sources Sought Notice for informational purposes only to determine the interest and availability of potential qualified contractors for a new Water Intake Facility at the Radford Army Ammuntion Plant (RFAAP). RFAAP, located in Radford, VA is a Government–Owned, Contractor–Operated (GOCO) production facility providing state–of–the–art propellants, energetics, and munitions to support the Warfighter. All production at RFAAP depends on river water. Completing construction to the supporting infrastructure and in–water work will ensure the continued operation of the primary water intake at RFAAP and resilience of water supply to the facility.
