Fencing, Materials and Installation

The City of Newport News (the “City”) is seeking bids from qualified firms (the “Bidder” or “Contractor”) to furnish the goods and/or services described herein and bids will be received via the City’s e-Procurement Portal, OpenGov Procurement ( https://secure.procurenow.com/portal/nnva ), to be received no later than 'Proposal Submission Date at 'Proposal Submission Time (local prevailing time). The purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit bids to establish a multi-term contract to furnish/provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to install fencing and related accessories, in accordance with specifications, drawings and requirements provided by the City on an as needed basis. The primary user of this contract will be the Parks and Recreation Department but other City departments may utilize it as necessary. The City reserves the right to add products and services to the contract as needed.
