(1) Vendor needs to provide bike master plan service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. – The bike network will be developed using data gathered during community engagement, and existing conditions.– Bike master plan update was a comprehensive document with recommendations for designing and installing bike infrastructure in every neighborhood.– This plan was grounded in the study of prior–year collision trends and the overall lack of availability of personal vehicles.– Consultant will design and create engaging, creative, and informative printed and digital materials needed for promoting and facilitating engagement activities.– Draft and final digital dashboard displaying relevant sections of the bike master plan.– Consultant will create a draft and final bike network. – Network analysis and recommendations.
