(1) Vendor needs to provide processing and marketing of tires off rims and tires on rims service. • Accept deliveries of designated recyclable materials during agreed–upon operating hours. • Provide sufficient receiving capacity to accommodate anticipated material volumes. • Process delivered materials using equipment and operating practices designed to maximize recovery of marketable recyclables. • Market recovered commodities for productive use in domestic and international end markets. • Maintain all permits and licenses required for facility operation, including an agency waste tire carrier Permit and a Waste Tire Storage Permit.(2) The contract period will be four years.
