(1) Vendor needs to provide Google workspace licensing service. – provide a one–year renewal of Google Workspace for Education Plus licensing agreement.– The successful vendor shall provide all licensing, subscription services, and related support necessary to maintain uninterrupted access to Google Workspace for Education Plus for the agency's students and staff.• Provide Google Workspace for Education Plus licensing sufficient to accommodate the agency's stated student and staff user counts.• Clearly identify the licensing model and quantity of licenses included in the proposal.• Provide pricing for the full one–year renewal term, including all applicable licensing, subscription, support, and administrative fees.• Identify any minimum licensing requirements or restrictions applicable to Google Workspace for Education Plus.• Ensure continuity of the agency's existing Google Workspace environment with no interruption in service during the transition or renewal process.• Provide assistance with licensing activation, renewal, account administration, and issue resolution as necessary.• Clearly identify any services, fees, or requirements that are not included in the proposed annual price.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 8, 2026.
