EXTRA-77182 - USA (Chicago, Illinois) - Regional Transit Propensity, Service Standards, and Performance Monitoring Service - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional transit propensity, service standards, and performance monitoring service to the government authority located in Chicago, IL.• Project Management and Coordination: These services shall include, but may not be limited to, maintaining project schedules, facilitating communication among project stakeholders, monitoring progress toward key milestones, coordinating technical activities, and ensuring that all tasks and deliverables are completed in accordance with the approved scope, timeline, and project objectives– Project management and coordination activities shall include:• Develop a project work plan and schedule• Coordinate and schedule weekly meetings with the internal project team, comprised of agency and the awarded contractor• Coordinate and schedule bi–weekly meetings with agency and Service Boards• Coordinate and schedule additional meetings with internal project team and key stakeholders asneeded• Coordinate meetings with agency staff and Service Boards• Prepare meeting materials and summaries– Public and Stakeholder Engagement and Coordination• The awarded contractor shall support public and stakeholder engagement and coordination activities.– Key stakeholders will include transit riders, municipal and county governments, state and localdepartments of transportation, relevant advocacy and labor organizations, and other organizations with interests related to project implementation and outcomes.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 13, 2026.
