EXTRA-74772 - USA (Pendleton, Oregon) - Long Range Facility Planning Services - Deadline September 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide long range facility planning services to the government authority located in Pendleton, OR.– Project includes two phases: analyzing current facility assessments and developing a long–range facility plan. – Perform a complete facilities audit.– Develop facility needs for improvement, basic structural evaluation from documented conditions, estimation of remaining asset life, estimated cost of needed improvements and/or asset replacement, and a prioritization of needs.– Develop a district long–range facility plan (LRFP) to help inform the district of how its educational facilities will support the district’s educational vision in the next ten years.– Assist the district facilities committee in development of a facilities plan that can be used as the basis for a bond proposal.– Develop a communications plan for sharing information, exchanging ideas and gathering feedback on all aspects of the facilities plan.– Assist the district facilities committee in creating a plan that is consistent with the financial resources available to the district as well as a plan to determine a future school improvement bond.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
