(1) Vendor needs to provide diploma services to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – Diploma producers that can print and provide diplomas, provide an on–line ordering system, provide electronic diplomas, and direct mail distribution services.– Provides one diploma per student at the time of conferral, with approximately 5,000 to 6,000 printed paper diplomas produced.– Provide secure data integration to enable the transfer of student information and automation of bulk diploma orders.– Online ordering platform shall allow authorized users to request corrections or return proofs for revisions.– Platform shall allow customers to view current and past orders, and track shipment status for active orders.– The platform shall allow customers to download and re–download electronic diplomas where electronic diplomas are provided.– The online order platform shall provide audit logs for security and compliance monitoring.– Provide a tracking or tracing mechanism for each diploma mailed.– Electronic diplomas shall not be printable.– Online ordering platform.– Printed paper diplomas.– Electronic diplomas.
