Vendor needs to provide greater europe market access advisor to the government authority located in Washington, DC. – Through a global network of international offices and strong support, agency helps build a preference for soybeans and soybean products, advocates for the use of soy in livestock and aquaculture feed and human consumption, promotes the benefits of soy use through education and connects industry leaders through a robust membership program. – Focus on assessing and providing recommended action on a variety of non–tariff measures which could impact soybean exports. • Ongoing tracking, analysis and reporting of developments on any non–tariff measure or other measures that may impact trade. Regular conference calls and meetings between agency and Contractor to discuss developments, progress of the program and plans for required action. • Provide agency with regular bulletins and alerts on ‘breaking issues’ and reports that would support the program. • Agency and Contractor to develop education and communication materials as appropriate. • Contractor to communicate regularly with stakeholder groups on behalf of agency. • Identify speaking opportunities for agency (farmers and/or staff) at workshops/conferences
