(1) Vendor needs to provide legal services to the government authority located in Fargo, ND. • Provide general counsel legal services for the municipal airport authority of the city to matters involving aviation law, regulatory compliance, contract review, litigation, labor and employment law, and general municipal governance. • Advising on matters involving federal aviation law, FAA regulations, and airport compliance.• Review and drafting of contracts, leases and other legal documents.• Representation in administrative, civil, or regulatory proceedings.• Advising on employment and labor matters, including union negotiations.• Participation in monthly Board meetings and special meetings as needed.• Guidance on compliance with North Dakota Open Meetings and Open Records laws.• Legal research and issuance of formal and informal legal opinions.• Monitoring and advising on legislation and legal developments impacting the Authority.(2) The contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
