EQU-18642 - USA (Willows, California) - Radio and Electronic Equipment Maintenance Services - Deadline July 3,2026

Vendor needs to provide radio and electronic equipment maintenance services to the government authority located in Willows, CA.• Contractor will also conduct an annual audit of all radio equipment, including verification of quantities, model types, operating condition, and deployment status.• As part of this audit, the Contractor will assess equipment utilization and identify radios or components that may be under used, over extended, obsolete, or approaching end of life. • Based on operational demand and system performance, the contractor will provide recommendations on whether the current inventory should be maintained, expanded, or reduced, including suggestions for replacement equipment where appropriate. • Biannual visits to each repeater site will include: physical inspection, filter cleaning, RF filter inspection, checking system operation, checking emergency power fail over (loss of local AC power, does not include generator testing or ATS testing), battery inspection, system report and recommendation on upgrades. • Annually the forwarded and reflected power of each repeater will be measured as well as frequency and deviation. • Accessible antenna and coaxial system will be inspected and non–accessible antenna will be visually inspected via high power magnification.
