(1) Vendor needs to provide SCADA system maintenance and repair service to the government authority located in Ashland, MA. – That SCADA system includes, computers, programmable logic controllers, software, radios, antenna, and peripheral equipment required for the SCADA system to function. – The SCADA system requires routine maintenance, emergency repairs and scheduled upgrades.– Technical services: • System hardware checks:– Check instrument input signals.– Inspect SCADA panels.– Check spare parts requirement/recommendation for all SCADA equipment.– Recommend improvements to problem areas.• PLC and operator interface software checks:– Custom PLC programming tools.– System adjustments.– Alarm review.– System performance review.– Operator interface adjustments.– Maintenance review.• System backups and documentation:– Onsite PLC program.– Offsite PLC program.– Offsite operator interface files.– Operations and maintenance manual updates.– Software update installations.• Electrical services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 16, 2026.
