(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide brand development and implementation services.– Provide qualified and experienced branding, marketing, design, and communications firms to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive citywide brand identity that reflects the city’s history, diversity, character, aspirations, and future. – Provide desires a distinctive, professional, cohesive, and recognizable brand that strengthens community identity and pride, improves recognition, and creates consistency across city facilities, signage, communications, digital platforms, programs, events, vehicles, publications, and other public–facing applications.– Provide a strategic and creative approach that honours the year history and centennial while establishing a modern, forward–looking identity capable of serving the city for years to come.– Project is intended to extend beyond the development of a logo or individual design elements.– Provides a consistent framework for its use across communications, facilities, programs, physical assets, and public–facing applications.– Discovery, research and brand strategy:– Review of existing city branding, marketing, communications, and public–facing materials.– Comprehensive brand and visual identity audit.– Brand identity and creative development:– Based upon the approved brand strategy and creative direction, the selected firm shall develop a comprehensive citywide visual identity.– Secondary and alternate logo configurations.– Brand applications & environmental design:– Develop creative concepts demonstrating how the approved citywide brand will translate into prominent physical, environmental, and public–facing applications.– Brand standards and implementation planning:– Develop a comprehensive brand standards guide providing clear, practical, and sustainable direction for consistent application and management.– Logo variations and approved configurations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 28, 2026.
