(1) Vendor needs to provide investment advisor service to the government authority located in Austin, TX. – Provide timely assessments of the market and market reactions to economic events. – Provide non–discretionary management of agency operating portfolio, as assigned, by acting solely in an advisory and administrative capacity within the guidelines of the agency investment policy.– Provide non–discretionary management of tax–exempt bond funds, as assigned, by acting solely in an advisory and administrative capacity within the guidelines of the agency investment policy.– Assist in the development and periodic review and update of a cash–flow model, which will form the foundation for investment and cash management decisions.– Monitor creditworthiness of financial institutions and issuers of investments in the– Portfolio, and promptly report adverse credit rating actions concerning investments held.(2) The contract period will be for five years. (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 4, 2026.
