(1) Vendor needs to provide promotional items vendor print shop services.– Provide a full–service solution including design, sourcing, production, custom landing page, customer service, and delivery.– Comprehensive promotional item management solution that integrates directly with print shop pro.– Serve as the transactional manager for all District promotional items, handling all ordering and fulfillment processes.– Ensure internal visibility, tracking, and data integrity, the vendor's platform must push order tracking details and transaction data directly into print shop pro. – Manage all end–to–end promotional item transactions, all transactional, tracking, and order data must remain fully accessible and viewable to the district via print shop pro.– Provide design concepts, proofs, sourcing, production, quality control, and customer approvals.– Provide a custom district–branded landing page accessible through the district website.(2) The contract period will be for five years.
