2025-2028 HVAC-R Maintenance and Repair

This bid will provide for annual preventive maintenance services and as-needed repairs on 3,032 District-owned HVAC-R assets located at the Easterly, Westerly, and Southerly Wastewater Treatment facilities; pump stations; the Environmental Maintenance and Services Center (EMSC); and the George J. McMonagle (GJM) Administration Building. For the purposes of this bid, the duration of the requirement contract with the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) shall be thirty-six (36) months, or until the funds appropriated to this contract are exhausted, whichever should occur first from the effective date of this contract. Non-mandatory Pre-Bid Site Inspections: Bidders are encouraged to attend a non-mandatory site inspection as identified in the Detailed Specifications (DS-1.2). Site inspections will be offered by appointment only, on Wednesday, October 22, 2025.
