MINISTRY OF EDUCATION REQUEST FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST (REOI) GHANA ACCOUNTABILITY FOR LEARNING OUTCOMES PROJECT (GALOP) PROJECT ID: 165557 PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES - FIRMS BACKGROUND The Government of Ghana, under World Bank and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) funding, is supporting the government’s education strategic plan to improve equitable access to quality basic education in Ghana. The Ghana Accountability for Learning Outcomes Project (GALOP), approved for an amount of USD 218.7 million, has the Project Development Objective (PDO) to improve the quality of education in low-performing basic education schools and to strengthen education sector equity and accountability in Ghana. The GALOP was originally implemented over a five-year period from Jan 2020 to Dec 2024. However, the parent project has been extended to close by 31st December 2026. The purpose of the REOI is to invite prospective firms to submit Expression of Interests to provide any of the underlisted services.
