(1) Vendor needs to provide metagenomics and transcriptomic services to the government authority located in Lasing, MI. – Provide shotgun metagenomics sequencing, whole genome sequencing, and RNA sequencing services.– Provide demultiplex and raw sequencing data for all data.– Provide consultation services when planning experiments including guidance for selecting the appropriate sequencing technology and experimental design to best meet research objectives.– Provide answers to technical questions regarding sequencing methods used and in regard to technical issues with sequencing data.– Provide bioinformatics assistance and workflow solutions for sequencing data.– Provide a Web–based LIMs system that allows the USGS to upload sample information for sequencing.(2) This bid is Set–Aside for Total Small Business.
