(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering architectural consulting and surveying services to the government authority located in Essex, NJ.• Perform administrative and professional engineering work in the investigation, design, construction, and maintenance of public work projects as authorized by the city governing body.• Supervise or perform survey of either a topographical, property line or construction nature as may be required by the city.• Prepare plans, sketches, and blueprints as may be required by the city.• Maintain a road map in accordance with standards as established by law.• Coordinate engineering related aspects of various issues as they arise.• Work with city staff when required to provide inspection of various projects.• Assist in the preparation of the city’s capital budget, and other engineering related budgets.• Review issues for projects submitted to the planning board and zoning board of adjustments as needed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than November 30, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
