(1) Vendor needs to provide book purchase and distribution guidelines and instructions service to the government authority located in Boynton Beach, FL. – To provide comprehensive book procurement and distribution services in support of youth andfamily literacy and educational enrichment initiative. – Provide books in English, Spanish, Haitian Creole or bilingual for children from infant through Grade 8 (birth through middle school). – Provides books through various initiatives to encourage caregivers to read to their child(ren) beginning at birth and to promote literacy to youth.– For sourcing and purchasing high–quality, age–appropriate youth books across a range of genres, reading levels, and subject areas. – Services may include title recommendations, inventory management, order fulfillment, and coordination with publishers and distributors to ensure timely and cost–effective procurement.– In addition to book purchasing, the selected vendor(s) will manage the packaging, shipping, and distribution of books to designated schools, childcare facilities, community organizations, and libraries.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 20, 2026.
