ASM-2611 - USA (San Bernardino, California) - Property Management and Recuperative Care Services - Deadline September 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property management and recuperative care services to the government authority located in San Bernardino, CA. • Responsible for the day–to day management and operation of the following program components and all common areas, exterior areas, administrative areas, shared facilities, laundry areas, parking areas, circulation areas, and building systems and structures serving the campus• Maintain the physical property in a clean, safe, habitable, and operational condition.• Provide proactive, timely, transparent, and auditable reporting to the County.• Collect, record, and maintain rental payments• Assure lease agreements and payment screening done in accordance with HUD standards and minimum payment expectations.• Coordinate maintenance, janitorial, grounds, security, vendor, and emergency repair functions.• Work order system implementation, after–hours procedures, and emergency maintenance contact process.• Collect and track tenant rent, subsidy payments, voucher payments, or other housing assistance sources where applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 14, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid meeting will be held on August 11, 2026.
