(1) Vendor needs to provide dispatch console and technology services to the government authority located in Florida.– Implementation of a new, purpose–built control room to support continuous 24/7 electric utility operations.– Design deliver and implement the following: 1. Operator consoles2. Audiovisual hardware, software, and integration services3. Content management system– Integrated audiovisual technology system leveraging a content management system at both the control room operator positions and local video wall displays utilizing one common technology platform, for the acquisition, distribution and interactive operation of various applications including computers, digital video sources, and IP video streams.– Visualization of all information from the diverse sources take place in a coherent display area at each control room dual–operator console position consisting of (3) 43–inch 4K/UHD displays and a single keyboard–mouse set.– Displays will support the viewing and interaction with either a single source or a multiviewer arrangement of several sources, with single keyboard–mouse control over all sources. – Both global and personalized video presets can be stored in the system and accessed through the content management system.– System can be configured via an API interface that covers the creation of changes to walls, desks, and sources.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 30,2026.
