(1) Vendor needs to provide action plan suicide virtual academy digital interactive learning development platform. – Provide design, develop, test, implement, and support the action plan to prevent suicide virtual academy.– Virtual academy will serve as a statewide, accessible, interactive digital learning resource designed to strengthen suicide prevention knowledge, skills, and capacity among individuals and organizations serving youth and young adults through age 24.– Digital Curriculum Development and Expansion:• Convert and expand existing K–12 training materials into structured, accessible, interactive, self–paced digital learning modules that support consistent statewide suicide prevention education.– Role–Based Learning Pathways:• Develop role–specific learning pathways that provide training content, practical scenarios, and resources tailored to the responsibilities, settings, and learning needs of identified target audiences.– Expanded Youth and Young Adult Prevention Content: • Expand training beyond K–12 educational settings to address the needs of transition–age youth ages 18–24 and professionals serving this population in higher education, workforce development programs, community organizations, health care, and public health settings.– Long–Term Expansion and Statewide Implementation:• Establish a sustainable digital curriculum and course structure that can be maintained, updated, and expanded.– Youth and Young Adult Peer–to–Peer Training:• Develop age–appropriate, interactive training modules that equip youth and young adults with foundational knowledge and practical skills to recognize signs of emotional distress, support peers safely, promote help seeking, and connect individuals to trusted adults and appropriate support services.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
