(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Kissimmee, FL. • Clean glass doors and entire glass area inside and outside at front and rear entrances.• Empty all trash cans, inside and outside, changing liners using supplied liners.• Empty and clean all ash trays at the front entrances.• Clean back patio tables and chairs.• Sweep and wet mop the floor located in the back patio break area and remove all soiled spots from carpet.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on July 9, 2026.
