Vendor needs to provide custodial and maintenance services to the government authority located in Honolulu, HI. – Empty all trash containers and replace in proper location– Check daily, refill as required, clean and wipe– Clean interior and exterior surfaces of bowls and seats. Remove stains, disinfect and wipe– Clean interior and exterior surfaces. Remove stains, disinfect and wipe.– Polish metal fixtures, pipes, faucets, dispensers, etc. and wipe dry– Wet Floor Caution Signs. The Contractor shall display caution signs when cleaning floors in the area until the floors are dry.– Regular custodial/maintenance service working hours shall daily, Monday to Friday, between 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
