EDUCATION-17450 - USA (St. Petersburg, Florida) - Academy Curriculum Service - Deadline July 14,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide academy curriculum service to the government authority located in St. Petersburg, FL.• The Vendor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, documentation, and other resources necessary to develop and deliver a comprehensive training program that provides an accessible pathway to entrepreneurship.• Curriculum development and instructional design for the Food Truck Academy.• Training delivery in person, virtually, or in a hybrid format, as approved by the City.• Participant materials, instructor materials, templates, workbooks, and digital resources.• Office hours, coaching, or technical assistance to support participant progress.• Project management, coordination, implementation planning, and regular communication with the City Project Manager.• Outcome tracking, attendance tracking, reporting, and final recommendations.• Curriculum Development– The Vendor shall develop a comprehensive Food Truck Academy curriculum aligned with workforce development and small–business outcomes. Curriculum modules must address, at a minimum:• Food–truck concept development and menu planning.• Regulatory compliance and permitting.• Food safety and sanitation principles.• Business formation and legal considerations.• Financial literacy, budgeting, and pricing.• Operations and logistics.• Marketing and branding.• Risk management and insurance(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 6, 2026
