(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting services may include technical accounting research, financial reporting support, specialized project assistance, recurring advisory support, and supplemental accounting resources for periods of increased workload or specialized expertise to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA.a. Perform technical accounting research and provide recommendations on accounting treatment, reporting, and disclosure matters.b. Prepare accounting memoranda, implementation analyses, policy recommendations, and supporting documentation.c. Assist in evaluating accounting alternatives and emerging accounting guidance.d. Support accounting policy development and process improvement initiatives.e.
