(1) Vendor needs to provide accounting service to the government authority located in Ardmore, OK.• The program is designed to strengthen financial operations, support business development, and improve capital readiness.• The program focuses on high need economic clusters, particularly agriculture (including pecan andspecialty crop producers) and residential and commercial construction.• Businesses will participate in consultations over several months, with biweekly virtual or in–person check–ins.– Services available include:• Audit preparation• Pro forma financial statements• Financial statement preparation and review• Digitization and organization of financial records• Advise and train regarding accounting practices, recordkeeping, and accounting software• Budget development and refinement• Cashflow projections• Key performance indicator (KPI) development and monitoring• Other financial data analysis and interpretation, as needed and allowed under the grant(2) The contract period will be for one year.
