(1) Vendor needs to provide medical director service to the government authority located in Frankfort, KY. – Provide medical direction for personnel during training, exercises, and real–world deployments, including disaster response, technical rescue, and austere environment operations.– Ensure medical operations integrate appropriately with local EMS systems, hospitals, and public health agencies.– Participate in after–action reviews, corrective action planning, and continuous improvement initiatives related to medical operations.– Participation in mobilization, deployment, and demobilization planning.– Medical risk assessment and mitigation in hazardous environments.– Provide medical direction and oversight for operations, training, and deployments. (2) The contract period will be for one year.
