(1) Vendor needs to provide logo sign program services.• Develop and maintain a marketing plan (recruiting and retaining businesses).• Process all applications for new logo sign permits.• Inspect all regional logo sign structures annually.• Complete engineering, fabrication, construction and installation of all signs at interchanges approved for participation.• Design, develop and maintain a web–based database to manage the logo program, of which access shall be given to the department for monitoring and data retrieval into applications specified by the department.• Design, develop, and maintain consultant logo sign program web site for public access that is accessible via mobile device application.(2) A mandatory pre–bid conference will be held on October 16, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than October 19, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for one year.
