(1) Vendor needs to provide food labelling process subscription services.• A labelling software system capable of generating food labels for:• Prepared foods.• Stored Foods (hot and cold holding, refrigeration, freezer, pantry).• Supplements and nourishments.• Batch printing (for bulk preparation and trayline operations).• The system shall be capable of printing labels that include:• Food item name.• Preparation date and time.• Use–by/discard date and time.• Allergen information (aligned with FDA major allergens).• Diet textures (e.g., IDDSI levels and Dysphagia Diet).• Staff identifier.• The system shall be capable of operating in:• Offline mode (with automatic synchronization upon reconnection).• Networked, multi–site environments.(2) All question must be submitted no later than July 02, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
