(1) Vendor needs to provide consumer directed in–home services to the government authority located in Batavia, NY. – Provide assistance with tasks that are the same or similar to those included in the definitions of personal care LEVEL I and personal care LEVEL II, and which are managed by the consumer, or an eligible consumer representative selected by the consumer.– This includes activities such as recruitment, selection, training, supervision, and dismissal of the consumer directed in– home service worker.– Personal care level 1 (homemaker) a service that provides some or total assistance e.g., personal assistance, supervision, cueing.– Personal care level 2 a service that provides some or total assistance e.g., personal assistance, stand–by assistance, supervision, cueing with tasks involving both instrumental activities of daily living and activities of daily living.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 8, 2026.
