Vendor needs to provide downtown development services to the government authority located in Savoy, IL.– Conducting site reconnaissance to obtain information indicating the likelihood in connection with the subject property.– Reviewing government records available for the subject property and surrounding area through database record searches to identify in connection with the subject property.– Requesting any permits, enforcement documents, or other items contained within regulatory agency files, which pertain to the subject property and adjoining sites, as applicable.– Conducting a survey of physical setting sources to assess the impact of potential migration (site geology and hydrology) as related at the subject property.– Conducting interviews with reasonably ascertainable current and past owners, site managers, and occupants along with individuals associated with the surrounding area to obtain information pertaining in connection with the subject property.
