EXTRA-76174 - USA (Colorado) - Actuarial Valuation Services - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide actuarial valuation services to the government authority located in CO. – Provide Other Post–Employment Benefits (OPEB) actuarial valuation services – Provide actuarial analysis, valuation services, and related reporting support necessary for inclusion in agency’s Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).• Review and analyze relevant plan provisions, participant data, and other information necessary to complete the actuarial valuation.• Evaluate actuarial assumptions, methodologies, and other factors impacting valuation results, and provide recommendations when appropriate.• Identify and communicate significant changes that may impact reported obligations, financial statements, or future valuations.• Provide consultation and technical guidance to agency Finance staff regarding actuarial results, agency requirements, and related reporting considerations.• Provide reasonable assistance and respond to inquiries from agency’s external auditors regarding the actuarial valuation and related disclosures.• Provide draft and final deliverables in an electronic format acceptable to agency.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for two years.
