CONS-24648 - USA (Larimer, Colorado) - RFI Design and Build Lump Sum Services - Deadline November 18,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide design and build lump sum services to the government authority located in Larimer, CO.– The new facility is anticipated to be constructed as follows:• Pre–engineered Metal Structure. Other options would be site–built metal frame, structural insulated panels, or a combination of aforementioned systems or similar.• Foundation is anticipated to be concrete slab on grade.• Mechanical systems will be limited to a passive cooling and active humidification system in a back wall plenum space, per potato storage industry standards.• Existing utilities on site will need to be evaluated. Capacity may need to be increased to accommodate new loads.• Site work is anticipated to include gravel and concrete paving, with minimal plantingsutilizing local, water wise landscaping.• Insulation and system controls are anticipated to follow industry standards for foodstorage facilities.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
