This solicitation has been drafted in accordance with the New Jersey Juvenile Justice Commission’s (JJC) State/Community Partnership and Family Court Appropriations Request-for-Proposal Standards. This Short-Term Programming that may be up to One (1) month through four (4) months in duration. Services may take place on or after August 1, 2023, with the contract period ending December 31, 2023. There may be a possibility to renew contracts for an additional calendar year, dependent on funding availability and recommendation by the Council for Children’s Services.
