SW-119502 - USA (Oregon) - Homeless Management Information System Solution - Deadline October 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide homeless management information system solution. – A license and software contract for a compliant HMIS Solution, implementation, training, maintenance, and support services to fulfill its responsibilities as HMIS Administrator.• Procurement of software, infrastructure, and services required to implement the new Solution; • Refinement of existing high–level requirements to elicit, document, verify, and validate detailed and testable Requirements to support and direct the functional, technical, and security design of the Solution; • Training in the necessary tools to configure and maintain the Solution for Agency IT staff and training for end users of the Solution; • Data cleansing, normalization, classifying, labeling, conversion, and migration from existing applications to the Solution; • Go–live and transition support; and, • Operations and Maintenance support to include post go–live configuration validation, system upgrades, warranty support, and other activities required by Agency. (2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
