(1) Vendor needs to provide enterprise digital brand strategy and modern web experience redesign ecosystem.• Agency is seeking proposals from qualified agencies to develop a unified digital brand strategy and modern web ecosystem that enhances user experience, engagement and access across our multi–divisional healthcare organization.• Assess the current digital ecosystem and develop a future–state strategy, governance framework, technology roadmap, implementation plan, and recommendations for user experience, branding, CMS, hosting, accessibility, security and analytics• Develop an enterprise intranet strategy that supports organizational objectives while accommodating the needs of individual departments, divisions, and business units. • Design a modern, intuitive, and accessible intranet experience that promotes employee engagement, collaboration, and productivity. • Create responsive UX/UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and a scalable design system. • Configure and implement the selected intranet platform (e.g., SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework, Microsoft 365 ecosystem). • Migrate, restructure, and optimize existing intranet content and documents. • Assess the organization's use of Microsoft 365 technologies that intersect with SharePoint.• Develop an enterprise–wide SharePoint vision and strategic roadmap aligned with organizational goals and digital transformation initiatives(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 02, 2026
