Vendor needs to provide land and property analysis service to the government authority located in Mississippi. – Conduct an analysis of potential sites and existing infrastructure to advise agency on possible opportunities for data center development and to identify any deficiencies that may currently exist which would prohibit data center development.• Identify and assist in facilitating due diligence actions necessary• Evaluate the marketability, identify barriers to development, and determine investment viability for data center development• Maintain a data room for all information gathered• Support agency with development of a Request for Information (RFI) that will be posted publicly in the future.
