(1) Vendor needs to provide security guard services to the government authority located in Visalia, CA. – Contractor shall provide security guard staffing.– Security Staffing Hours: 3:30 pm – 6:00 am, daily, including holidays (2 guards working consecutive shifts, 7 days per week).• Guards shall respond to alarm activations (security, process, or fire) in accordance with established procedures and shall notify appropriate emergency contacts as required.• Guards are not responsible for actively monitoring surveillance camera systems unless specifically directed by the agency.• Guards shall not report to work under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or any substance that impairs their ability to safely perform assigned duties.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 29, 2026.(3) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on October 20, 2026.
