(1) Vendor needs to provide comprehensive elementary science services to the government authority located in Annapolis, MD.– Comprehensive materials for teaching elementary (K–5) science classes and a STEM enrichment class that are aligned to next generation science standards (NGSS) three–dimensional learning, incorporating science and engineering practices (SEP), crosscutting concepts (CCC), disciplinary core ideas (DCI)s and corresponding performance expectations (PE)s into each unit.– Provide a student–centered learning approach that is grounded in sensemaking and culturally responsive pedagogy.– Students engage with life science, physical science, earth–space science and engineering design through three–dimensional learning with grade level appropriate experiences.– Curriculum map and overview, containing: explicit directions for how to implement structural components; learning progression of instructional standards for previous, current, and future grade instruction.– Research based instructional strategies for a range of academically diverse learners explicitly identified and embedded into the core curriculum.– Professional learning resources and opportunities that help teachers both implement the program and deepen their content and pedagogical knowledge of content standards.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than June 24, 2026.(3) A virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on June 16, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for six years.
