(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate appointment setting and outreach services. – Provide corporate appointment setting and outreach services in support of domestic business investment marketing trips and ongoing agency business retention efforts.– Outline of marketing strategy:– National and diversity business investment divisions will be conducting approximately five (5) market outreach trips.– Anticipates that for each marketing trip, there will be approximately eight (8) to twelve (12) appointments to be set with senior corporate officers at companies identified and researched.– Consultant will assist in setting appointments for those targeted retention–based meetings.– Tasks to be performed by consultant:– Consultant will commence appointment setting upon receipt of the Market Intelligence–produced target list.– Consultant shall make a dedicated phone line available for incoming calls, as well as a dedicated email address for email communication.– Appointment terms and conditions:– Business investment divisions must have a minimum number of corporate visits scheduled for a marketing outreach trip to proceed with the trip.– Appointment and trip estimates:– The appointment and trip numbers specified herein are estimates only and are given for the information of offerors and for the purpose of proposal evaluation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 23, 2026.
