(1) Vendor needs to provide classification study service to the government authority located in Wheatland, CA. – Provide classification study to ensure that certain position classifications properly reflect the current position responsibilities and that there is reasonable pay differential between classifications.– Develop and distribute job description questionnaire to each employee in classification being studied.– Complete an internal salary relationship analysis, including the development of recommendations for appropriate internal salary relationship guidelines.– City maintains a salary schedule for 23 position classifications.– Area of focus for this project will include 13 position classifications, all within the general employee’s association bargaining unit.– Position classifications to be reviewed include:• Account clerk I.• Account clerk II.• Accounting technician I.• Accounting technician II.• City clerk.• Operator in training.• Maintenance worker.• Police administrative assistant.• Public works supervisor.• Senior account clerk.• Senior accountant.• Senior maintenance worker.• Water and wastewater operator.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 16, 2026.
