(1) Vendor needs to provide commissary and banking services to the government authority located in Prescott, AZ. – Provide on–site staff to manage all commissary operations, including order processing, delivery, commissary related inmate request/grievance management as assigned by detention services, order staging, and special sales. – Provide commissary and other related products to adult inmates/detainees of the facilities. – Provide, install, maintain, and operate the information technology system (which may include, but is not limited to, hardware, owned and licensed software, and systems support) necessary for the operation of the commissary program.– Software: A royalty–free license shall be provided to use for the commissary network software.– Payment.– Menu: Menu selections shall be reviewed as needed and no less than annually.• Inmate accounting services: Inmate accounting functionality must include:– Bank reconciliation– Escheating funds– Reporting– Trial balance• Deposit services: facilitate family deposits to inmate trust accounts via website, toll–free number, and existing kiosks already placed within all facilities.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 17, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for year year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 6, 2026.
