(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based staff evaluation and compliance training solution. – Provide a comprehensive staff evaluation and compliance training module for estimated 1,500 staff members. – Deliver an integrated, web–based solution that supports employee safety training, compliance education, staff evaluations, and professional development tracking.– Provide a fully hosted, online module designed to support 9–12 grade educational environments.– The solution must deliver training content, compliance management, evaluation tools, and reporting capabilities to assist the agency in meeting regulatory requirements and internal professional development goals.– The system should be accessible to authorized users, support agency–wide implementation, and provide administrative tools for tracking, reporting, and compliance monitoring.• 9–12 grade employee training, safety, and compliance library:– An annual subscription to a comprehensive online training library for 9–12 grade employees.– Courses addressing employee safety, regulatory compliance, and required annual training with ability to develop customized content.– Content suitable for certified and classified staff.– Tracking of course completion and compliance status.• Certified staff evaluation and professional development tracking:– An annual subscription to an evaluation and professional development (PD) tracking solution for certified staff.– Tools to support evaluation cycles, documentation, and feedback.1– Ability to track professional development activities, credits, and compliance.– Reporting capabilities for administrative review.• Classified staff evaluation and professional development tracking: An annual subscription to an evaluation and professional development tracking solution for classified staff.• Implementation and support: Provide comprehensive implementation support, including system setup, configuration, data preparation, and onboarding assistance to ensure a successful agency–wide deployment.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
