(1) Vendor needs to provide commencement photography services.– Provide professional commencement photography services for all university and college/school ceremonies listed in its official commencement schedule, and to provide competitively priced digital and print photo packages of images taken at those ceremonies for purchase to graduates and those whom they invite to view the images.– Provide individual and ceremony digital and printed photos to be available for purchase at a reasonable price through a fully accessible website in compliance with current regulations.– The webpage for purchase must include: – Online viewing and processing of photo orders, – Online order entry, – Customer service and/or problem resolution, – Online privacy protection of graduate/participant photos.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.
