(1) Vendor needs to provide development and lease service to the government authority located in Miami, FL. – A long–term ground lease with a responsive and responsible Proposer who will develop the property.– Conduct due diligence inspections and investigations of the property, including, without limitation, environmental site assessments and the sampling and testing of soils, sediments and groundwater– The lease consists of a ninety–nine (99) year term, inclusive of any applicable renewals.– Improve the income–producing capacity and economic productivity of the property.– Planning, land use, and urban design objectives.– Redevelopment and retention of municipal services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 07, 2026. (3) Pre–proposal conference will be held on June 16, 2026.
